A hall bathroom and full-size washer/dryer provide easy one level living. An office area with full-sized lift-top desk, 27-inch monitor, and comfortable executive chair provides a work area separate from vacation activities. The office area also houses games, books, and a lounge chair for your relaxation. A primary bedroom with King bed and private bath rounds out the spaces on the first floor.

The second floor has a second primary bedroom with a Queen and private bathroom as well as two bedrooms that share a hall bath. One of these rooms has two sets of bunk beds with trundles.

The owners have included so many extra features - tennis rackets, bikes, fishing poles, pack & play and more - for your use. There is also a Pool Table in the house if you want to give your game a try!

This property does not allow pets. Peninsula rules allow for a maximum of 3 cars.

Primary renter MUST be at least 25 years old to book, must be staying at the property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors. This home is in a residential neighborhood, no parties or large gatherings.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
